image of your own home, office, company, hotel, restaurant or business suite.
ABOUT RENTING PAINTINGS ON
THE MOVING ART
With the rent option there is the possibility of periodically replacing the
artworks, changing them according to your own tastes or your own needs. The lease can also
be converted into a final purchase, with a partial credit (80%) of the leasing fees
already paid, deducted from the price of the work.
The prices refer to the monthly fee for a minimum of three
artworks for three months, excluding transport costs.
The leasing of works of art is particularly appropriate
also for special events such as conventions, ceremonies and meetings, or to decorate
conference rooms during special meetings. For these occasions it is possible to rent a set
of artworks even for a very limited time (from three days to two weeks).

info and pay the rent.

L’affitto d’arte si presta particolarmente anche per eventi
speciali come convention, cerimonie, meeting o per arredare sale riunioni durante incontri
particolari. Per queste occasioni è possibile affittare un set di opere per un periodo di
tempo anche molto limitato (dai tre giorni alle due settimane). Richiedete un preventivo
personalizzato in base alle Vostre esigenze.

The lease by Sikom srl to private individuals, and individuals running businesses, or
practising arts or professions (henceforth: the "customer"), takes effect from
the day of delivery of the artworks (henceforth: the "goods") and is governed by
the following conditions.
CONDITIONS:
1. The lease takes effect from from the moment of delivery of the goods.
2. At the time of delivery, the customer must verify that the goods correspond exactly to
what was ordered and verify their condition.
3. Should any irregularity be found, the customer must, within two days of delivery and by
registered mail, specify to Sikom the reasons for the dispute (deteriorated condition of
the goods, defects, etc.).
4. The customer is required to keep and preserve the goods without damaging or
deteriorating them, assuming the associated risks.
5. The amount due for the lease, equal to the sum of .............................., must
be paid by means of a bank draft or a credit card online.
6. Whatever issues may arise during the business relationship, including the emergence of
events limiting or curtailing the enjoyment of the goods, cannot give rise to a reduction
of the amount due or to a suspension of payment.
7. At the conclusion of the contract, the goods must be returned in the exact same
condition in which they were at the time of delivery.
8. In the case of delay in returning the goods, the contract will be considered renewed
for a further period of three months.
9. The customer, from the moment of accepting delivery, assumes all expenses related to
proper use, conservation of the goods and all responsibility related to deterioration,
damage, loss, destruction (total or partial), the goods being rendered unusable
(permanently or temporarily), due to whatever cause.
10. The client agrees not to transfer or deliver the goods to others, whatever the reason
or conditions, without the express authorization of Sikom.
11. In the case of damage, loss or destruction of the goods, the client will be required
to pay a sum equal to the total value of the goods.
12. For any controversy arising out of the running or the termination of the business
relationship between Sikom and the customer, the courts of Florence will have exclusive
jurisdiction.
